- Your order will only be valid and pending delivery after an email is sent by Olyra.co.uk to you confirming that your order has been completed. If any items are out of stock they will be removed from the order or we will offer similar alternatives.
- Deliveries will be fulfilled by Olyra Greek Bakehouse or one of its delivery partners.
Payments
- Olyra.co.uk accepts payment by credit or debit cards which are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not store any of your card details.
- Your card will be charged within 24 hours from ordering, since stock is strictly controlled, reserved for you. In case of unexpected stock shortages or defective material, a full refund will be issued immediately without delays for the out-of-stock items and you will be notified accordingly.
Returns & Refunds
- You may cancel your order at any time up to the day of collection – delivery. The total amount of the order will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment. Refunds may take up to 3 working days to be processed.
- Please inspect your goods on collection or delivery. Returns after collection-delivery are not accepted for any oven baked, frozen or refrigerated goods (perishable items)
